A gentle, layered homeopathic support set for animals moving through a tender stage of decline, change, or approaching transition, together with practical and emotional guidance for the family supporting them.

Supports calm, comfort, steadiness, and emotional ease for pets and their families during the end-of-life stage, with gentle homeopathic support intended to complement a peaceful, well-supported approach at home or alongside veterinary care where needed.

Product overview

The Transition Support Set is a thoughtfully prepared homeopathic support set designed to gently support both the animal and the wider family during a tender stage of change, decline, or approaching transition.

Rather than focusing on one isolated symptom, this set works more broadly to support the emotional and energetic picture that can arise around the end-of-life stage, including tiredness, restlessness, overwhelm, grief, the need for reassurance, and the desire for greater calm and steadiness in the shared space.

This set has been created for families who are wanting support that feels:

  • gentle
  • practical
  • calm
  • heart-led
  • and responsive to the individual animal in front of them

It is intended to offer supportive care only, not to force an outcome or replace appropriate veterinary assessment or treatment.

What’s included

Your Transition Support Set includes:

  • Ground – a broader transition support to help bring steadiness, connection, and support to the wider emotional field
  • Light – a gentle support for shock, overwhelm, protection, and holding the space
  • Guide – a support for fear, restlessness, unease, and difficulty settling near the threshold
  • Held – a gentle end-of-life support for reassurance, comfort, and support through the final stage
  • Calm – a blend to support emotional settling, rest, and nervous system steadiness for the family
  • Hug – a gentle support for grief, heartbreak, tenderness, and emotional adjustment for the family and other pets
  • Transition Support eGuide – a practical and emotional companion guide to support informed, responsible use at home

Each part of the set has been selected to work supportively and gently, while still allowing flexibility depending on what is unfolding for the animal and family in the moment.

How this product is used

The Transition Support Set is designed to offer gentle, flexible support pathways depending on what is happening for the animal and family at the time.

It may be drawn on:

  • when an animal appears to be slowing down, changing, or becoming more tired
  • during a stage of decline where additional calm, comfort, and support may be helpful
  • when a family is hoping to support a peaceful transition at home where appropriate
  • alongside veterinary palliative or end-of-life care
  • before, during, or after passing as emotional and practical support for the family and other pets

This set includes access to a companion support guide that walks you through:

  • how the remedies may be used simply and gently
  • which blends may feel most relevant in different moments
  • what peaceful transition at home may look like
  • when veterinary support may be needed
  • practical preparation, aftercare considerations, and support for the wider family

For simplicity, the guide is best used as your main reference when working through the set, while the individual remedy notes and labels can be referred to any time for quick support.

Who this set may be helpful for

This set may be especially supportive for:

  • families caring for an elderly or declining animal
  • guardians who feel their animal may be approaching transition
  • those wanting gentle homeopathic support alongside a calm, considered home-based approach
  • families wanting help with practical and emotional preparation
  • guardians wanting support for themselves and other pets in the household during this stage

For some families, the guide and remedies may feel sufficient to have on hand. For others, a more individualised conversation may also feel supportive.

A note on responsible use

This set is intended as complementary support only. It is not a veterinary medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

The remedies in this set are intended to support calm, comfort, emotional steadiness, and a gentle end-of-life care framework within a broader, responsible animal health approach.

This product does not replace veterinary assessment, diagnosis, treatment, pain relief, monitoring, or emergency care. Guardians remain responsible for their animal’s welfare and for seeking veterinary support promptly if pain, distress, unmanaged suffering, breathing difficulty, or uncertainty arise.

Homeopathic remedies are intended to support the body’s natural balance and response, and are best used as part of a thoughtful, whole-animal approach.

Gentle homeopathic support for dogs, cats, and other animal companions, offering terrain-based support during periods of increased tick exposure and seasonal environmental stress.

Before you purchase – important information

Which base should I choose?

You may select the remedy base that best suits your animal companion and your preferred method of administration.

The formulation and energetic intent of the remedy are the same across all bases — the difference lies only in how the remedy is given.

Liquid – brandy base

A traditional base commonly selected for dogs and other animals. Suitable for direct dosing or for dilution in water.

When diluted in water, this option may also be used for cats and other sensitive animals.

In multi-animal households, the brandy base is often chosen for ease of shared water dosing.

Liquid – glycerine base

Often preferred for cats and highly sensitive animals, particularly when direct dosing is required.

Alcohol-free and gentle in taste.

Pilules – sucrose base

A dry, alcohol-free option suitable for animals that prefer dry dosing.

Pilules may be given directly or dissolved in water.

Pilules are also a practical choice for multi-animal households, as they can be administered individually or prepared for shared water dosing.

Cats do not metabolise alcohol efficiently. For this reason, the glycerine liquid or pilule base is generally recommended for cats and highly sensitive animals.

If a brandy-based liquid is used, simply dilute the dose first in a little water before offering it.

Most dogs tolerate all bases well.

Choose the option that feels easiest, gentlest, and least stressful for both you and your animal companion.

Does this product come with instructions and guidance?

Yes. Each product includes a printed support card and QR code, allowing guardians to access dosing guidance and educational resources for safe use, tick awareness, and supportive steps to take if a tick is found.

These resources are educational and are intended to complement, not replace, veterinary care.

The written materials and protocols provided are for your personal use only and aren’t to be shared, reproduced, or published without prior written permission.

How do homeopathic remedies work for animals?

Homeopathic remedies act as gentle energetic signals for the animal’s system, rather than as chemical or pharmacological substances. They do not impose a medicinal effect or override normal physiological processes.

Instead, they provide subtle information that supports an animal’s innate capacity to self-regulate, adapt, and restore balance in response to environmental or internal stressors.

When an animal receives this energetic cue, their body may initiate its own natural adjustment or healing responses. Guardians may observe changes in behaviour, energy, or physical signs as this process unfolds, which can indicate that the animal is responding to the remedy’s informational signal.

These responses are guided by the animal’s own system and reflect its individual needs, timing, and capacity for regulation.

Do homeopathic remedies treat or prevent disease in animals?

No. These remedies do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. They are offered as complementary wellness support only, intended to encourage balance, adaptability, and overall wellbeing.

They are designed to work alongside responsible animal care, good management practices, and veterinary guidance where needed.

Additional note - for remedies that include nosodes

Some formulations may include homeopathic nosodes as part of a holistic wellbeing approach.

Homeopathic preparations, including nosodes:

  • are not vaccines
  • do not guarantee prevention of disease, infestation, or infection
  • are not recognised as vaccination or parasite control by regulatory authorities
  • do not meet legal requirements for boarding, travel, registration, or other official purposes

Animal guardians remain responsible for complying with all legal, veterinary, and local requirements, including vaccination and parasite management appropriate to their animal companion and location.

Are homeopathic remedies considered veterinary medicines?

No. These products are homeopathic and energetic in nature. They are not veterinary medicines and are not intended to replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Veterinary medicines are typically pharmaceutical substances designed to act through biochemical or pharmacological mechanisms within the body.

Homeopathic remedies work differently. They act as gentle energetic signals, offering information that supports the body’s own innate ability to self-regulate, adapt, and restore balance.

These approaches are fundamentally different and may be used alongside one another as part of informed, responsible animal care.
