Nothing provided by The Pet Remedy Co is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or veterinary condition.

No practitioner–client, veterinary–client, or medical relationship is established beyond a complementary, educational service framework.
By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this framework and take full responsibility for how you interpret and apply any information, products, or guidance provided.
4. Veterinary Care & Emergencies
Our products and services are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
You agree that:
- veterinary diagnosis, treatment, and emergency care must be sought where appropriate
- you will seek immediate veterinary attention in emergency situations
Serious, persistent, or long-standing conditions, including suspected infection or parasite burden, should always be assessed by a qualified veterinarian.

9. Orders, Shipping & Risk
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Products are prepared and shipped from Australia.
Orders are generally dispatched within 7–14 business days, subject to:
- completion of any required consultation or educational component
- receipt of cleared payment
Risk in products transfers to you once the order has been dispatched to the carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate shipping details
- collecting parcels within carrier timeframes
If an order is returned due to non-collection, additional re-shipment fees may apply.
Unless a signature service is selected, you authorise the carrier to leave deliveries in a safe place.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

If you are located outside Australia, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that:

- all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges are paid in full, on time, and in accordance with local requirements
Failure to pay required duties or charges may result in delays, confiscation, or return of goods, for which The Pet Remedy Co accepts no responsibility.
The Pet Remedy Co is not responsible for any delays, confiscation, or restrictions imposed by local authorities.
If goods are returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import restrictions, additional handling and re-shipment fees may apply.
12. Third-Party Practitioners, Stockists & Affiliates
Products may be supplied, discussed, or recommended by independent practitioners, stockists, or affiliates.
These parties:
- operate independently
- are not employees, agents, or authorised representatives of The Pet Remedy Co
They are not authorised to:
- provide veterinary advice
- make therapeutic or medical claims
- represent products as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any condition
The Pet Remedy Co accepts no responsibility or liability for:
- statements, advice, or representations made by third parties
- misuse or misrepresentation of products by third parties
- orders placed through third-party suppliers and their terms and conditions may apply separately
Where third-party information differs from official guidance, responsibility for interpretation and use remains with the guardian. Any reliance on third-party advice or information is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
13. Regulatory Positioning
The Pet Remedy Co operates in accordance with applicable Australian regulatory frameworks, including guidance from the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA).

14. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Rights
Consultations and personalised remedies are non-refundable once provided or prepared.
Digital and educational content is non-refundable once access has been granted.
Non-personalised products may be eligible for refund prior to dispatch at our discretion.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with supporting details and images.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
